Hey everyone! I am back to the usual Wednesday routine around here, and of course that means linking up with Peas and Crayons for What I Ate Wednesday! Always fun!

Along with that I took my probiotic pill for a happy tummy and boosted immune system.
A little later on I munched on some delicious homemade granola topped with almond milk and fresh blueberries for breakfast.
This stuff is bomb, let me tell you! I adapted the granola recipe from Thrive Fitness. Check it out!
Once my belly was full, I took my vitamins for the day: a daily multi, vitamin D, and a vitamin B complex.
When I got to work I snagged myself a free soy chai from Starbucks with a gift card that my mom gave me for Easter.
After giving up chai for most of 40 days for Lent (of course I used my free birthday card) it tasted especially delicious. Thanks, mom!
Lunch was a massaged kale salad.
The kale was massaged with 1/2 an avocado, lemon juice, sea salt and cayenne pepper, and topped with shredded beet. Yummy!
My second meal at work was a simple quinoa salad inspired by the Tone It Up girls.
I love the dressing recipe. I used up the last of my sesame oil yesterday because I’ve been making this for like a week straight!
My dinner was an amazing pasta dish that my wonderful boyfriend made for me at his restaurant.
Tossed with pesto and garlic-y roasted tomatoes, with a side of their amazing house bread. I can be won with pesto any day.
That was about it for yesterday!
I hope you have an amazing day filled with amazing food!

You ate kale and quinoa in the same day- my two faves- yum!
They’re definitely two of my biggest staples!
You had a great day of eats! I’ve been taking probiotic lately too (for the past month I think) but I’m not sure that it has helped at all. Do you find that you feel better physically when you take it daily?
Wow, that pasta looks amazing! Any man that can cook like that is a keeper!
Hehe I know! I’m pretty lucky! Thanks for checking out the blog!
