It’s Thirsty Thursday, and I hope you’re all ready for some delicious juice action up in here!!!
It’s a gorgeous day out there, so here’s a gorgeous juice to fit with the weather!
- one navel orange
- 5 medium-sized carrots
- 1″ chunk ginger
1. Peel the orange, cut the tops off of the carrots, and run the rest through your juicer!
This is a terrific way to add some veggie power to your morning glass of OJ! I love carrots because they’re super, super cheap, and are packed with nutrients, like beta carotene, vitamin C, and vitamin K. Ginger gives the juice a real kick, and it’s anti-inflammatory properties are great for helping you recover from your day’s workout!
