Workout Page + Pumpkin Oats

Happy Tuesday!!  You all excited to get out and have an awesome day??  I know I am!  I started my morning with a great workout, and a delicious breakfast!

Workout

Today was a legs kind of day!

Superset One:

  • Deadlift 15 x 3
  • Plie Squat 15 x 3 + Plie Pulses 15 x 3

Superset Two:

  • Lunges 15 x 3
  • Step-ups 15 x 3

Superset Three:

  • Buttlifts 15 x 3
  • Wall-sits 30s x 3

I followed this up with a 2.5 mile run with Keenan. 

Yesterday, I made a Workout page for the blog, tracking my daily workouts!   I’m trying to hold myself more accountable for working out, so I figured keeping track of everything would be a good way to do that.  Be sure to check it out!

Breakfast

After our run, I came back completely excited for breakfast.  Afterall, how could you not be excited for Pumpkin Oats?!

      • Bob’s Red Mill steel-cut oats
      • Organic pumpkin
      • Almond milk
      • Cinnamon
      • Nutmeg
      • Vanilla protein powder

Sooo good!  It’s creamy and chewy at the same time, plus it satisfies my pumpkin obsession!  Definitely a win all around!
